Prior to founding Zeta Global and CAIVIS Acquisition Corporation in 2007, Mr. Steinberg founded InPhonic in 2000, a leading online communication product and services provider. InPhonic was number one on the Inc 500 list in 2004, the same year it went public in one of the largest technology deals of that year. In addition, InPhonic was one of the top 10 marketers on the internet from 2004 through 2007. Prior to InPhonic Mr. Steinberg also served as chairman and chief executive officer of Sterling Cellular a B2B and retail wireless communications provider and Sterling Communications a communications telemarketing company, both of which he founded as well. Mr. Steinberg was named the Greater Washington Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for communications in 2002. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Washington and Jefferson College , Greater Washington Sports Alliance and Faster Cures. Faster Cures; having been formed under the auspices of the Milken Institute. Mr. Steinberg holds a B.S. from Washington & Jefferson College.
